Dr. Cecilia Rusnak, LME, AP, DAc
Dr. Rusnak earned her Doctor of Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, and holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Professional Health Studies from Florida College of Integrative Medicine. Her clinical training includes an internship at Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine under Dr. Shui, specializing in internal medicine with an emphasis on Bell’s palsy, and advanced study in tongue and pulse diagnosis under Dr. Zhang at Kunming Yuan An Hospital.
She integrates Oriental medicine with her background as a licensed facial specialist and paramedical aesthetician, trained at Florida College of Natural Health in Maitland, and has treated symptoms across a wide range of conditions, with particular depth in pain management and women’s health.
Beyond AcuMedGroup she is the founder of Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics, where she provides corrective aesthetic treatments and professional training through Dr. Rusnak Academy, and the creator of Dr. Rusnak Wellness, a professional‑grade skincare line developed to complement her clinical and aesthetic care.
Andrea Pérez Hostos, LMT
Andrea is a licensed massage therapist and facial specialist. Born in Venezuela, she trained and graduated as a physiotherapist in 2010, specializing in dermatofunctional and aesthetic physiotherapy, and brings more than fourteen years of experience across physical therapy and post‑operative care in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Her further training includes kinesio‑taping, trigger‑point evaluation and treatment, posturology, hand evaluation and splinting, electrotherapy and ultrasound, and functional therapeutic training. She has taught at the Universidad Pedagógica de Caracas and spoken at international congresses on innovations in dermatofunctional physiotherapy. At AcuMedGroup she delivers medical massage within the plans Dr. Rusnak writes.
